All services provided by designagencyworks are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or collected. This policy explains how deliverables are transmitted, what timelines to expect, and what to do if you have not received expected files.
1. Delivery Methods
Depending on the service and scope, deliverables are provided through one or more of the following channels:
- Email with attached files (PDF, PNG, SVG, AI, EPS for identity work)
- Shared Figma file with edit or view access (for UI/UX and design systems work)
- Google Drive or Dropbox shared folder (for large file sets, organized by category)
- Direct link to packaged deliverable archive (ZIP)
The delivery channel is confirmed at kick-off and documented in the project summary. You will be notified by email when files are ready.
2. Work Start Timeline
Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. A kick-off call is scheduled within that window. Project scope, timeline, and required materials are documented at kick-off.
3. Delivery Timelines by Package
The following timelines indicate typical delivery from the confirmed kick-off date, assuming prompt client feedback at each stage:
- Launch Package ($1,985.40): 14 business days
- Scale Package ($3,740.75): 28 business days
- Studio Package ($7,295.50): 56 business days, with phased delivery milestones
Individual service projects (booked via the custom package builder) follow timelines confirmed at kick-off, typically ranging from 7 to 35 business days depending on scope and complexity.
4. Design Sprint Facilitation
Design Sprint Facilitation sessions are scheduled within 5 business days of payment. Session delivery and output files are provided within 3 business days of the sprint session conclusion.
5. Phased Delivery for Larger Scopes
For Studio Package and multi-service custom projects, work is delivered in defined phases with client review checkpoints between each phase. You will be notified of each phase delivery and given time to review before the next phase begins.
6. Rush Delivery
The Priority Access add-on ($445.25) prioritises your project in our workflow and reduces standard delivery time by approximately 40%. Rush projects are subject to schedule availability. Rush pricing and timeline are confirmed before order completion.
7. What Happens After Delivery
Final file delivery includes an organised handoff document listing what was delivered, the format of each file, and usage instructions where relevant. We remain available for questions about the delivered files for 14 days after final delivery at no additional charge.
8. Delayed or Missing Delivery
If you have not received expected files by the agreed delivery date, email hello@designagencyworks.com with your order reference. We respond within 1 business day and resolve delivery issues promptly. Delays caused by force majeure, platform outages, or circumstances outside our control are communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
9. File Formats
We deliver in the formats standard for each service type: vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) for identity work; PDF for presentations and print; PNG and JPEG at agreed resolutions for raster assets; Figma source files for digital and UI work; MP4/MOV for motion deliverables. Specific format requirements outside these defaults should be confirmed at kick-off.
