A design sprint is a structured 2-day intensive for solving a specific design or product challenge with a testable prototype. It compresses weeks of design iteration into two focused days and replaces assumption-based decisions with something tested with real users.

We run design sprints for product teams facing a decision they have been circling for too long, for organisations trying to validate a concept before committing to development, and for teams that need to move fast without moving in the wrong direction.

What makes a sprint work

Sprints fail when the challenge is too broad, when the right people are not in the room, or when the prototype is too low-fidelity to test meaningfully. We work with you before the sprint to frame the challenge precisely, identify who needs to participate, and clarify what a successful outcome looks like. That preparation work is included in every sprint engagement.

Day one: Understand and diverge

We map the problem space, surface assumptions, and generate a broad range of solution directions. Lightning demos from relevant products and industries. Individual concept sketches followed by structured critique. We close day one with a direction decision that everyone has input into but does not require consensus to make.

Day two: Converge and prototype

We build a high-fidelity prototype of the selected direction at sufficient fidelity to test meaningfully. We then run five structured user interviews using the prototype, synthesise findings in real time, and end the day with documented learnings and a clear action plan. You leave the sprint knowing whether the direction is worth pursuing and what to do next.
