Brand Experience Design
Visual identity systems built for every surface your brand touches.
Brand experience is what happens in the gap between what you intend to communicate and what people actually feel when they encounter your business. The visual identity is one layer of that. The way your brand sounds in writing is another. How it behaves across a website, a proposal, a presentation, and a packaging label all contribute to a cumulative impression that builds trust or erodes it.
We work on brand experience from the ground up. Before we talk about what a logo looks like or what colours to use, we establish what your brand actually needs to do. Who it needs to convince. What it needs them to feel. What it needs to communicate before a single word is read.
The work before the design work
We run a structured brand audit for established businesses and a brand positioning workshop for new ones. The output of that work is a positioning document that answers the three questions every brand needs to answer clearly: who this is for, what makes this different, and why it matters. That document becomes the brief for everything that follows.
What the identity system covers
Logo in every configuration needed for real-world use. Not just a primary lockup, but horizontal, stacked, icon-only, reversed, and monochrome variants for every environment where the brand appears. Colour values in every format your team and partners will need. Typography selections with rules specific enough to be followed without us in the room.
What gets delivered
A brand standards document that explains the thinking behind every decision, not just what to do and what not to do. Source files in AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, and PNG formats, packaged and labelled for handoff to other designers, developers, and print vendors. Everything organised so it can actually be used rather than filed away.
