UI/UX Product Design
Interfaces that get out of the way and let the product speak.
The gap between a UI that looks good in a portfolio screenshot and a UI that actually works for the people using it is wider than most clients expect. A design that wins awards is not necessarily a design that helps someone complete a task efficiently, find what they came for, or feel confident in the product they are paying for.
We design for function first. That does not mean sparse or boring. It means the visual decisions are made to serve the interaction, not to win design reviews.
Research that changes outcomes
We start UI/UX projects with a research phase tailored to the project type. For established products, we review existing analytics and user feedback, map the current journey, and identify friction points before any design work starts. For new products, we conduct stakeholder interviews and competitive landscape analysis to establish the context the design needs to succeed in.
Systems, not just screens
Designing individual screens is straightforward. Designing a system that holds together as the product grows, as teams change, and as edge cases accumulate is harder. We build component libraries and design systems that give development teams a consistent, extensible foundation rather than a collection of one-off decisions that become inconsistent over time.
Handoff that actually works
Our Figma files are structured for developer use, not for presentation. Named components, organised layers, annotated spacing, and documented states. We stay available during the build phase to answer questions and make adjustments when implementation reveals things the design did not account for.
